Question 1

What does a household manager do that a cleaner doesn't?

Accepted Answer

I focus on keeping your household running: laundry, resets, groceries, errands and the functional systems behind everyday life. Light housekeeping can be part of a visit, but my work is broader than a dedicated deep-cleaning visit and is planned around your family's routines.

Question 2

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

I work in Philadelphia, Delaware County, Montgomery County, Chester County, the Main Line, South Jersey and Wilmington, DE. I'm based in Drexel Hill, PA. Maryland and New York are available by arrangement; send me your location so we can discuss the fit.

Question 3

How does the trial week work?

Accepted Answer

One to two weeks at one or two visits per week. You experience my organizing and home support systems while we adjust priorities. A quick check-in at the end helps us confirm your ongoing schedule.

Question 4

How do you decide what to do during a visit?

Accepted Answer

You can add to a running to-do list before each visit. I prioritize by your preferences and what will make the greatest impact within the scheduled time. If you don't send a list, I'll assess and create one on arrival. I share clear updates on progress, purchases and recommendations.

Question 5

What is not included?

Accepted Answer

I agree the scope with you before we begin. Specialized repairs, hazardous work and dedicated deep-cleaning work are not part of household management. I can help coordinate the right vendor. Any additional tasks, time or purchases are discussed with you first.

Question 6

How much does weekly support cost?

Accepted Answer

I don't price by the hour: your investment reflects the number of visits and a scope tailored to your home, so the focus stays on results rather than minutes on a clock. After a discovery call and a trial week, I propose a weekly plan with a flat weekly investment.

Question 7

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Weekly support is invoiced weekly or bi-weekly. You receive a secure online payment link through Stripe for recurring weekly or one-time payments. Bank transfer has no fee; card is also available. Projects: 50% deposit to schedule, 50% on completion. Purchases on your behalf are reimbursed with receipts.

Question 8

What if we need to skip a week or go on vacation?

Accepted Answer

Let me know in advance so we can discuss an adjustment to your schedule. We finalize your regular visits after the trial and agree any changes together. Additional hours can be arranged on request.

Question 9

Is my home and information kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All household and personal information remains confidential. I treat every home with respect, care and professionalism, and share only what is needed to carry out tasks you have agreed to.

Question 10

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Please ask me for current coverage details before we begin.

Question 11

Do I need to buy organizing products?

Accepted Answer

Not always. I start with your belongings and available storage. If bins, shelving or labels would help, I measure and recommend products for your approval. Organizational products are purchased separately and reimbursed with receipts; nothing is purchased without your approval.

Question 12

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Send me a short note through the contact page about your home and what you would like help with. I'll reply with next steps and arrange a call or walkthrough. Weekly support starts with a trial; organization projects are quoted after a walkthrough.
