Terms of Service

We agree the service scope, schedule and investment before work begins. A written proposal or service agreement may include additional terms and takes priority where it differs from this general template. Please provide safe access, accurate instructions and any information needed to work safely in your home. I will discuss additional tasks or time with you before proceeding.

Every household is different, so I don't price by the hour. Your investment is based on the number of visits and a scope tailored to your home, which I've found serves families far better than tracking time: it reflects the expertise I bring and keeps the focus on the results you see in your home, not the minutes on a clock.

After a discovery call and a trial week, I'll propose a weekly plan with a flat weekly investment, invoiced weekly or bi-weekly. You can pay online by bank transfer or card, and supplies purchased on your behalf are reimbursed.

Organization projects are quoted after a walkthrough. 50% deposit to schedule, 50% on completion. Organizational products are separate and purchased with your approval. Reimbursable purchases are supported by receipts. Stripe processes online payments; recurring payments require your authorization.

Weekly visits can be rescheduled or skipped with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Visits canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be billed.

Recurring payments can be paused or canceled at any time by contacting daniela@happyhealthyhome.co, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Project deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled start and otherwise applied to rescheduling.

Payments are processed by Stripe and refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

I treat your home and belongings with respect and keep household and personal information confidential. Please review items to donate, discard or relocate before they leave your home. Tell me promptly about any concern so we can work toward a fair resolution. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited by applicable law.
