Home maintenance support
- Laundry: washing, drying, folding and putting away
- Resetting common areas, including wiping down countertops and light housekeeping
- Resetting kids' rooms, closets and bathrooms, including general organization and upkeep
- Changing bed sheets and making beds on request
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Grocery ordering and pickup, and restocking essentials
- Light snack prep when requested
- Vendor and subcontractor coordination
- Additional household tasks as agreed
Home organization upkeep
- Decluttering and tidying rooms, closets, pantries, bathrooms and storage spaces
- Upkeep of functional systems tailored to your family's routines
- Product recommendations: bins, shelving and labels
Errand and task assistance
- Weekly task-list planning
- Returns, dry cleaning drop-off and package pickups
- Donation drop-off
- Purchasing organizational products, reimbursed by you
How visits work
- Before each visit, you add to a running to-do list
- I prioritize tasks by your preferences each visit
- I send clear updates on progress, purchases and recommendations
- We coordinate easily by text or email
Start with a trial week
One to two weeks at one or two visits per week. You experience my organizing and home support systems, and we adjust priorities and routines together. A quick check-in at the end helps us confirm what ongoing support should look like.
Investment
Every household is different, so I don't price by the hour. Your investment is based on the number of visits and a scope tailored to your home, which I've found serves families far better than tracking time: it reflects the expertise I bring and keeps the focus on the results you see in your home, not the minutes on a clock.
After a discovery call and a trial week, I'll propose a weekly plan with a flat weekly investment, invoiced weekly or bi-weekly. You can pay online by bank transfer or card, and supplies purchased on your behalf are reimbursed.
